  • What are your lead times/how long does shipping take for custom shutter orders?

    Our typical lead time is 7-14 days from the time the order is completed.  If shutters are custom, there could be am additional 7 days on that lead time.  The finish of your shutters does not affect the lead times.

  • What happens if an order is damaged?

    Since all products are custom produced to customer's specifications, returns will not be accepted. If a product is damaged in shipping , the replacement will be moved to the front of the line and reshipped as soon as possible.

    We have several different materials to choose from.  Our wood shutters are made of Western Red Cedar, Mahogany, & Pine.  Our composite shutters are made from Extira and we have a vinyl based shutters.  We also have a aluminum shutter used in many coastal applications.
