Our shutters are built to withstand the elements, but sometimes carriers can be even rougher on them than mother nature. When an order is severely damaged (structural integrity is weakened) in transit we - in most cases - recreate the damaged items and ship them out to you.
In some instances, carriers can cause the shutters to have slight blemishes or chipped paint, but otherwise be completely fine and in no way have endangered the durability or longevity of the shutter. These are simple touch up fixes that can be handled on site. For these instances, we send our a Repair/Touch Up Kit.

- The appropriate grit sanding paper
- Touch up paint
